This backpack is a good size and I like the ability to sling the helmet underneath when I'm not on the bike. The zippers could be of higher quality but they work ok. I've gotten new bikes since I originally bought the bag, and they are all plastic around the tank so I don't use the magnetic part anymore. The biggest thing I don't like about the bag is how long it takes to actually reconfigure it between the different modes, e.g. tank-bag mode and back-pack mode - straps have to be tucked away or unfolded, 4 magnets put into / out of their mini pockets, other straps have to be routed through proper holes and lengths adjusted, etc. So I pretty much just use it as a backpack with a helmet sling now. The main compartment itself is just large enough to hold a helmet as well. There are plenty of usable pockets on the bag without being overkill.
