These pants are a good value for the money... I must stipulate one thing when ordering. Keep in mind (as I found out) that these are pants, not overpants. I usually wear a size large in overpants, so I had to order (re-order) a size XL for them to fit. They ended up being a bit too long, but I use them for riding, not walking... Otherwise, they keep me warm (with the liner in) down to about 20 degrees F, and fit the bill with moderate protection type armor.
